By using Emari you agree to these terms. This is the placeholder version while the app is in private beta — full legal text will replace this before public launch.

Not a substitute for medical care

Emari is a self-development product, not a medical device or mental-health treatment. The AI does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or physician. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line — the app will surface the appropriate number for your country.

Subscription and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time from the Settings screen on mobile or via Stripe's portal. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used substantially.

Escrow commitments

Money you stake on a commitment is held by Stripe. If you complete the commitment as defined at the time of staking, the full amount is refunded. If you do not, the amount is forfeited per the policy you accepted at the time of staking.
